Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By applying to join the Cenario Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement is between you and Cenario Limited (“Cenario”, “we”, “us”) and governs your participation in our affiliate program.
Participation is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you have full authority to enter this Agreement.

2. Definitions

  • Affiliate Area: The online dashboard provided by Cenario to track referrals, commissions, and creatives.
  • Referral: A customer who arrives via your unique tracking link and completes a valid action.
  • Commission: Earnings paid to affiliates for referred sales.
  • Tracking Cookie: A browser cookie that tracks referrals (default lifetime: 30 days).
  • Prohibited Traffic: Any activity including but not limited to fake clicks, bots, incentivized traffic, and misleading ads.

3. Commission Structure

Standard Commission Tiers:

  • Bronze: 15% commission (0–49 customers)
  • Silver: 20% commission (50–100 customers)
  • Gold: 25% commission (100+ customers)

Multi-Level Kickbacks:

  • Tier 2 (recruiter): 5%
  • Tier 3 (recruiter’s recruiter): 2%

Commission rates are subject to change with 14 days’ written notice.

4. Payouts

  • Minimum payout threshold: $1.000
  • Payment method: PayPal or bank transfer (you must submit accurate info)
  • Frequency: Monthly, within 15 business days after the close of the prior month
  • Cenario reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are detected.

5. Acceptable Promotion Guidelines

  • Only promote Cenario using approved assets or your own content that accurately represents our brand.
  • No use of false, misleading, or exaggerated claims (especially about health effects).

Strictly prohibited:

  • Paid search (Google Ads, etc.) using our brand keywords

  • Promotion on coupon/deal sites

  • Fake testimonials or impersonation

  • Unauthorized discounts or offers

  • Making unapproved medical or scientific claims

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Cenario’s brand assets (logos, banners, etc.) for the sole purpose of promoting our products within the affiliate program. You may not modify these assets or use them for unrelated purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in our trademarks, materials, and services remain with Cenario.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You engage in fraud, spam, or unethical marketing
  • You misrepresent Cenario or its products
  • You haven’t generated commission for more than 6 months

On termination:

  • All unpaid commissions will be forfeited
  • You must remove all promotional materials and links immediately


You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to keep any non-public information shared by Cenario confidential, including business operations, marketing strategies, and customer insights.

9. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including (but not limited to):

  • GDPR and privacy regulations
  • FTC endorsement guidelines
  • Advertising standards and consumer protection laws

10. Limitation of Liability

Cenario shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any harm resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the last 6 months.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email or your affiliate dashboard.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
