Definitions

“Cenario” (also “we”, “us”, “our”): Cenario Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, or any of its affiliates as context requires.
“Site” or “Services”: Our websites, mobile sites, mobile applications, digital platforms, and online services (including Cenario’s health questionnaire/quiz, dashboards, accounts, content, and related materials), as well as any sales or subscriptions made through them.
“Products”: Personalized health and nutritional supplement products (e.g. customized daily vitamins, any one-time or subscription supplement offerings) and related services (including health/lifestyle recommendations) that Cenario makes available for purchase or subscription on the Site.
“Membership” or “Subscription”: An optional recurring arrangement under which a new 90-day Order is automatically created at the end of each 90-day cycle until cancelled, as described in Section 5.
“3-Payment Plan”: A payment option that allows the total purchase price of a 90-day Order to be paid in three scheduled installments. The 3-Payment Plan changes the timing of payment only; it does not divide the 90-day Order into three separate monthly purchases.
“Order”: A binding purchase of the Products shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, each personalized Cenario Order contains a 90-day supply and the Customer is responsible for the full purchase price shown at checkout, whether paid in full or through the 3-Payment Plan.
“Account”: Your user account on the Site, created when you register to use our services, purchase Products, or subscribe.
“Order”: Your submission of a purchase request for Products or Services via the Site, which becomes a confirmed contract upon Cenario’s acceptance.
“You” or “Customer”: The individual or entity using the Site and agreeing to this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By using the Site or subscribing to Products, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated by reference (including our Privacy Policy and any affiliate or referral program rules). You may not use the Site or order Products if you do not agree with these terms. The Site is offered and operated by Cenario from Hong Kong, and these Terms are governed by Hong Kong law (see Section 29).

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. Any amendment to these Terms will be effective upon posting to the Site (see Section 3). Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Changes to Terms

Cenario may modify this Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion. When we update these terms, we will post the revised version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and cancel any subscriptions.

If you continue to use the Site or purchase Products after changes are posted, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or purchase Products, and have full authority to enter into this Agreement. The Site and Services are not intended for minors. By using the Site or subscribing, you represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least 18 (or of legal age to contract); (b) have not been suspended or removed from our Site; (c) will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using the Site; and (d) will not use the Site in any unlawful or unauthorized manner. If you do not meet all eligibility criteria, you must not access or use the Site.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Site or to purchase Products, you may be required to create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

User accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, share, or otherwise transfer your account to any other individual or entity.

Cenario reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Cenario is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or to comply with these obligations.

5. Subscription and Subscription Service

Cenario offers both one-time purchases and an optional recurring Membership.

Each Membership cycle covers one personalized 90-day Order. Unless cancelled before renewal, a new 90-day Order will automatically be created at the end of each 90-day cycle at the applicable Membership price shown for your subscription.

Where the 3-Payment Plan is selected, the total price of each 90-day Order is divided into three scheduled payments: the first payment is charged when the Order is placed, the second approximately 30 days later, and the third approximately 60 days after the Order is placed. The exact amounts and billing dates shown at checkout and in your Order confirmation will apply.

The 3-Payment Plan is a payment schedule for a single 90-day Order. It is not a month-to-month purchase and does not create a right to cancel individual installments after the Order has been placed.

You may cancel, pause, or skip future Membership renewals before the next 90-day renewal is processed. Cancelling, pausing, or skipping your Membership does not cancel any remaining scheduled payments for a 90-day Order that has already been placed.

We will provide notice of upcoming Membership renewals as described on the Site. Any price change affecting a future renewal will be communicated before it takes effect.

6. Ordering Products

When you place an Order, you submit a binding purchase request for the specified Products. All Orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any Order for any reason, including unavailability of product, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud or illegality. Upon acceptance, we will send you an order confirmation. Please review your Order carefully and contact us immediately if you find any errors.

7. Pricing and Promotions

All prices on the Site are stated in your chosen currency and include only the product price as of the time you place the Order. Product prices and shipping fees exclude taxes, duties, and customs charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change Product prices and promotions at any time. Prices displayed at checkout (or on your order confirmation) are valid only for that Order. Promotional codes and coupons (if any) have their own terms and may not be combined or applied to past purchases. Cenario is not liable for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing; in such cases we may cancel or reject orders at our discretion.

8. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay the total purchase price and any applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other amounts shown at checkout for each Order you place.

If you select the 3-Payment Plan, you authorize Cenario and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for each scheduled installment shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the first installment is charged when the Order is placed, the second approximately 30 days later, and the third approximately 60 days after the Order is placed.

The exact installment amounts and scheduled billing dates will be shown at checkout and/or in your Order confirmation. Minor differences between installments may occur because of rounding, taxes, refunds, credits, or adjustments.

The 3-Payment Plan does not reduce or change the total purchase price of the Order. Once a personalized 90-day Order has been accepted and production has begun, any unpaid installments relating to that Order remain due unless Cenario expressly cancels or adjusts them under the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, applicable law, or another written resolution.

If a scheduled payment fails, we or our payment processor may retry the payment and may ask you to update your payment method. Failure of a payment does not automatically cancel the outstanding balance for an Order already placed. We may pause or cancel future Membership renewals while an outstanding payment remains unresolved.

Cenario does not store full payment card details on its servers. Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers.
Cenario does not charge interest or a separate finance fee for the 3-Payment Plan.

9. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Applicable sales taxes and other government-imposed charges will be calculated and shown at checkout where required by law. You are responsible for taxes properly charged in connection with your Order. Because Cenario currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only, international customs duties and import fees do not currently apply to consumer Orders placed through the Site.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Cenario arranges shipment of Products through third-party carriers. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, production interruptions, force majeure events, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide tracking information when available. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, additional reshipping costs may apply.

11. Shipping Availability

Cenario currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently accept consumer Orders for delivery outside the United States unless an additional destination is expressly made available at checkout.

We may add or remove supported destinations in the future. A destination is considered supported only when it is available for selection and accepted during checkout.

12. Title and Risk of Loss

Title to the Products transfers to you upon delivery, subject to applicable law. If an Order is lost, damaged, incorrect, or defective during fulfillment or delivery, please contact Cenario Support so the issue can be reviewed under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Returns and Refunds

Because Cenario products are personalized, custom-formulated, and individually prepared for each customer, we do not accept ordinary returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind returns once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

First-time Orders may qualify for Cenario’s 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

To submit a claim under the Guarantee, you must contact Cenario within 60 calendar days from the date the Order was placed.

Each request is reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, Cenario may offer one or more of the following resolutions:

• formula adjustment guidance
• a free adjusted replacement formula
• store credit
• a partial refund
• a full refund

The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to first Orders only and is limited to one claim per customer, household, shipping address, or payment method.

For lack-of-benefit or satisfaction-related claims, we may require that you have used the Product as directed for at least 14 consecutive days, unless a qualified healthcare professional has advised you to stop, you suspect an adverse reaction, or another serious issue makes continued use inappropriate.

We may request your Order details, feedback about your experience, photos of the Product or label, photos of any damage, photos of the remaining Product, or other information reasonably required to review the claim.

Claims may be declined if submitted outside the 60-day period, if they relate to a repeat or renewal Order, if the Product has been misused or used contrary to instructions, if fraud or abuse is suspected, or if reasonably requested information is not provided.

Damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective Orders should be reported as soon as possible. For damaged or incorrect Orders, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the Order and provide your Order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.

If a full refund is approved for an Order paid through Cenario’s 3-Payment Plan, eligible amounts already collected for that Order will be refunded and any remaining unpaid installments for that Order will be cancelled.

If Cenario approves a partial refund, store credit, replacement, formula adjustment, or another resolution, Cenario will confirm in writing how that resolution affects amounts already paid and any remaining installment balance.

Cancelling a Membership does not itself create a right to a refund and does not cancel remaining installments for a 90-day Order already placed.

Any shipping charges, payment processing fees, or similar non-product charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

All refund and Guarantee decisions are made in accordance with this Agreement, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and applicable consumer protection law.

14. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your Membership at any time through your Account or by contacting Cenario Support.

Cancellation stops future 90-day Membership renewals. To prevent the next 90-day Order from being created, cancellation must be completed before that renewal is processed.

Cancellation does not cancel or refund a 90-day Order that has already been placed, accepted, or entered production, and does not cancel any remaining scheduled installments relating to that Order.

If a new renewal Order has already been processed before your cancellation, that Order will be treated as an existing Order under these Terms.

Any rights available under the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or mandatory consumer protection law remain unaffected.

15. Third-Party Manufacturers and Services

Cenario may use qualified third-party manufacturers, fulfillment providers, payment processors, and carriers to produce and deliver Products and operate the Services. These providers perform services on Cenario’s behalf, but your purchase contract remains with Cenario. If you experience a manufacturing, packaging, labeling, fulfillment, or delivery issue, please contact Cenario Support so we can review and resolve the matter in accordance with these Terms, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks (such as “Cenario”), and software — is the property of Cenario or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without Cenario’s prior written permission.

The trademarks and logos displayed on the Site are owned by Cenario or its affiliates and may not be used without authorization. Your use of the Site grants you no ownership rights in any content or intellectual property. The Site may link to or contain materials from third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only; Cenario does not endorse or control any third-party content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any third-party site. You access linked sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information. By using the Site and providing personal data (including through our health questionnaire/quiz), you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Users in those regions may exercise certain rights regarding their personal data—such as access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing—as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Cenario will only use your personal information for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, including fulfilling orders, processing payments, managing accounts, and sending service-related communications.

Marketing Consent: We will only send marketing emails or promotional content to users who have explicitly opted in by providing clear, affirmative consent. You may opt out of such communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by updating your preferences in your account settings.

18. Affiliate, Referral, and Ambassador Programs

Cenario may offer affiliate, referral, or ambassador programs. Participation in such programs is subject to separate program terms which are incorporated by reference. In general, participants must follow our program rules and all applicable laws. Referral/affiliate participants must clearly disclose any relationship with Cenario when promoting Products. You must not engage in misleading or unlawful marketing. Spamming, automated scraping, creating fake accounts, or other abusive practices are prohibited.

If you refer friends, you must inform them of any rewards you may receive as a result.

Cenario reserves the right to disqualify participants from these programs for any violation of rules, and to withhold or revoke any rewards. We are not responsible for the content posted by affiliates or ambassadors and disclaim any liability for such content.

19. Accuracy of Information and Quiz

Our Products and recommendations are based on the health and lifestyle information you provide through our quiz or other means. You agree to answer all questions honestly and accurately. Cenario is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information you submit, and we make no guarantees that Products will address your specific symptoms or conditions.

The quiz and our algorithms are tools for general personalization; they are provided “as is” and are not error-free. You are solely responsible for verifying that any recommended Product is appropriate for your needs. Cenario disclaims any liability arising from inaccuracies, misreporting, or misuse of quiz or assessment results.

20. Health, Allergy, and Medical Disclaimers

All information provided on this website, including but not limited to product descriptions, ingredient lists, health content, and any related materials, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be considered, medical advice. Cenario Limited is not a healthcare provider, doctor, or licensed medical professional.

Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs or medical treatments, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. None of our statements or products have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), or any other medical authority.

It is solely your responsibility to:

Review all ingredient lists and warnings before use.
Avoid using any product if you have known allergies, sensitivities, or contraindications.
Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse reaction such as rash, swelling, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or other unexpected effects.

By purchasing or using any Cenario product, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own health decisions and agree that Cenario Limited shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from use of its products or reliance on information presented on its website or marketing materials.

21. Regulatory and FDA Disclaimer

The statements made on this website and in all related materials have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), or any other medical authority.

Cenario’s products are dietary supplements intended to support general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

22. Use of AI and Automated Recommendations

These AI-driven recommendations are provided “as is,” without guarantees. Cenario makes no warranty that algorithmic suggestions will be completely accurate or appropriate for every user. You understand that AI and automated analysis can be imperfect, and you agree that Cenario is not responsible for any decisions you make based on these automated recommendations.

You remain fully responsible for independently evaluating any recommendations and consulting a professional before changing your regimen or health routines.

23. Testimonials and Marketing Content

Any reviews, testimonials, or success stories on the Site reflect individual user experiences. You should not interpret them as promises or guarantees of results. As we note: “They are individual experiences… we do not claim that these results are typical of all customers.”.

User testimonials are not reviewed by regulators and should not be taken as professional health advice. Cenario does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content. When we feature influencer, affiliate, or ambassador content, it is for promotional purposes only and not a substitute for professional guidance.

24. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Site or Services to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) harass, abuse, or stalk anyone; (d) access or attempt to access other users’ accounts or data; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation (including hacking, scraping data, introducing viruses, or overloading systems); (f) post any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content; or (g) misuse our referral or affiliate programs (see Section 18). Cenario reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and your Account for any violation of these prohibitions.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cenario and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We make no representation or warranty that: (a) any Products will meet your needs or expectations; (b) use of the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (c) defects will be corrected; or (d) the Site or Products will be suitable or safe for any purpose. You acknowledge that your use of the Site and any purchase of Products is at your own risk.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cenario Limited, including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress, arising out of or relating to the use of our website, products, or services.

All products and information provided by Cenario are offered “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Cenario does not guarantee that its products will produce specific results or health outcomes. By using our products, you acknowledge that all supplements affect individuals differently and that outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Cenario’s total cumulative liability for any claim, regardless of form or cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

In jurisdictions where certain exclusions or limitations of liability are not permitted, Cenario’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

27. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cenario and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or Products; (b) your breach of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or a third party’s rights; or (d) any content you post or transmit through the Site.

If we ask, you must promptly cooperate in the defense or settlement of any claim. Cenario reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will assist as reasonably requested and reimburse any fees and losses incurred by us.

28. Force Majeure

If Cenario cancels an affected Order because performance becomes impossible or commercially impracticable for an extended period, amounts collected for undelivered Products will be refunded and any remaining scheduled installments for that cancelled Order will be cancelled.

29. Termination

Termination or cancellation of Membership affects future renewal Orders only unless Cenario expressly cancels an existing Order. Amounts still due for a 90-day Order already placed remain payable, except where Cenario approves a refund or adjustment under these Terms or applicable law.

30. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Class Action Waiver

This Agreement, including any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to it (including any non-contractual matters), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute or claim arising from your use of this website, any purchase from Cenario Limited, or any interaction with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. You further agree that personal jurisdiction and venue in Hong Kong are proper and irrevocably waive any objections to such venue, including claims of inconvenient forum.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
You waive your right to a jury trial in any judicial proceeding related to this Agreement, our products, or services.

If any portion of this section is found to be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Any legal action or proceeding brought by a user or customer against Cenario Limited must be filed exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong. Cenario Limited does not submit to, nor recognize, the jurisdiction of any foreign or U.S. federal, state, or local court. By using this website and purchasing any product, you expressly waive the right to initiate or participate in any legal claim outside of Hong Kong.

These Terms and Conditions are originally drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

31. Binding Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, your use of our website, or any Cenario product or service, we encourage you to first contact us at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve it informally and amicably.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Cenario Limited agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

The arbitration shall:

Be conducted in English;
Take place in Hong Kong;
Be administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are deemed to be incorporated into this clause by reference;
Be decided by a single arbitrator, mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the parties cannot agree, HKIAC shall appoint the arbitrator.

The arbitrator shall have the same authority as a court to award all available remedies, including injunctive relief and attorney’s fees where permitted by law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own legal costs and arbitration expenses, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

You and Cenario expressly waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action. All arbitration must be conducted individually.

You may be eligible to pursue an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, if your claim qualifies under the local jurisdiction’s rules.

If any part of this arbitration clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that specific part shall be severed, and the remainder of the clause shall remain fully in force. However, class arbitration is expressly prohibited, and may not be severed in a way that allows it.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable in your jurisdiction, any dispute shall instead be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, as specified in the “Governing Law and Jurisdiction” section of these Terms and Conditions.

32. Notices

All legal notices to Cenario under this Agreement must be in writing and sent to Cenario’s address (stated below) or the designated email (e.g. [email protected]). We may give you notice by email (to the address on your Account) or by posting on the Site. Notice is deemed given upon receipt by the recipient (if email, one business day after sending, unless there is a bounce-back).

For example, if we post a change to the Terms on the Site, notice is deemed given once the change is live.

33. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive all legally required notices and disclosures electronically, such as via email or posting on the Site.

Electronic communications satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing. You should keep copies of electronic communications (for example, by printing or saving emails).

34. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under it without Cenario’s prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this provision is void. Cenario may freely assign or delegate this Agreement (in whole or in part) to any of its affiliates or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, so long as your rights are not materially diminished.

35. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while giving effect to its purpose. Any invalid provision that cannot be so modified will be deemed severed. The remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

36. Waiver

No failure or delay by Cenario in exercising any right, power, or remedy under this Agreement will operate as a waiver. A waiver of any provision or right is only effective if in writing and signed by Cenario. Any waiver applies only to that specific instance and does not waive other or future rights.

37. Entire Agreement

This Agreement (including any policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy and any program terms) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cenario regarding the Site, Products, and Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral or written). No course of conduct, trade usage, or prior dealings will modify this Agreement. Any waiver or amendment of any provision of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by Cenario.

38. Governing Language

This Agreement and all related documents are prepared in English. If Cenario translates this Agreement into any other language, the English version will govern in case of any inconsistency. All communications, notices, and terms of use will be interpreted in English.

39. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (for example, certain EU or UK consumer protections). In particular, consumers in the EU/UK may have rights concerning defective products and withdrawals. Because our Products are personalized, certain cancellation or withdrawal rights (e.g. the right to “cool-off” from a contract for custom goods) may not apply. Mandatory statutory rights (such as remedies for defective products) will always apply irrespective of these terms.

For EU or UK customers, you may consult your local consumer protection authority or the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for more information on your rights.

40. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your first Cenario Order is protected by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your first Order, you may contact us at support@cenario.com within 60 calendar days from the date the Order was placed and submit a Guarantee request.

Your request must include your Order number, the email address used for the Order, and a short explanation of the issue.

The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to first Orders and is limited to one claim per customer, household, shipping address, and payment method.

Because Cenario Products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, refunds are not automatic. After reviewing your request, Cenario may offer one or more of the following resolutions depending on the circumstances:

• formula adjustment guidance
• a free adjusted replacement formula
• store credit
• a partial refund
• a full refund

For requests based on lack of perceived benefit, customers should have used the formula as directed for at least 14 consecutive days before submitting a Guarantee request.

This requirement does not apply where a qualified healthcare professional has advised the customer to stop using the Product, the customer suspects an adverse reaction, the wrong Product was received, the Product arrived damaged, or another serious issue makes continued use inappropriate.

Cenario may request additional information before approving a resolution, including feedback about your experience, photos of the Product, label or remaining Product, or other information reasonably required to review the request.

The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to repeat Orders, renewal Orders, subscription renewals, claims submitted more than 60 calendar days after the date the Order was placed, failure to follow usage directions, misuse, abuse, suspected fraud, or multiple claims from the same customer, household, shipping address, or payment method.

If a full refund is approved for an Order paid through Cenario’s 3-Payment Plan, eligible installments already collected for that Order will be refunded and any remaining unpaid installments for that Order will be cancelled.

For a partial refund, store credit, replacement, formula adjustment, or another resolution, Cenario will confirm how the resolution affects any remaining installment balance.

Shipping charges, payment processing fees, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Cenario supplements are intended to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a satisfaction guarantee only and does not guarantee any specific health outcome.

41. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide to Cenario regarding the Site or Products will be considered non-confidential and Cenario may use them freely. By providing feedback, you grant Cenario a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate your feedback into any products or services, without compensation to you.

You represent that you will not import or export any Products or Services from or to any country in violation of Hong Kong export laws or your local laws.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations. Cenario does not provide any export license or guarantee for Products, and you assume all risks related to international shipping and export/import laws.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the information and content on the Site are not provided by licensed professionals and should not be interpreted as professional advice in any field.

In other words, your obligations and Cenario’s protections under those sections continue even after your Account ends or this Agreement is otherwise concluded.
