Cenario works with a broad selection of over 400 potential active ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, adaptogens, and probiotics. Which ingredients are available to you depends on your market. For example, we operate with a narrower list in the EU compared to the US due to regulatory differences.
Even though we have access to hundreds of actives, we always prioritize science and evidence above all else. For that reason, we primarily work with a core set of about 50 ingredients that have the strongest research backing within mental health. These include well-studied actives such as Ashwagandha, Rhodiola Rosea, Omega-3, Magnesium, B-vitamins, and L-Theanine.
Your exact formula is only created after you complete the Cenario quiz. Every ingredient is chosen to match your unique profile, using clinical precision and strict quality standards. You will never receive a generic blend. Instead, you get a formula designed specifically for your mental health needs.
Yes. You can pause or skip an upcoming Membership renewal before the next 90-day Order is processed.
Pausing or skipping a future renewal does not pause or cancel any remaining scheduled payments for a 90-day Order you have already placed.
Cenario offers both one-time purchases and Membership.
Membership provides a new personalized 90-day supply every 90 days until cancelled. Depending on the payment option shown at checkout, your 90-day Order may be paid in full or through three scheduled payments.
If you choose the 3-Payment Plan, your 90-day Order is paid in three scheduled payments: one when you place the Order, one approximately 30 days later, and one approximately 60 days later.
Membership itself renews every 90 days with a new 90-day Order. Your exact payment amounts and dates are always shown at checkout and in your Order confirmation.
Yes. You can cancel Membership at any time from your Cenario account.
Cancellation stops future 90-day renewals. If a 90-day Order has already been placed, any remaining scheduled payments for that Order still apply.
There is no minimum Membership period and you can cancel future renewals at any time.
However, each 90-day Order is a complete purchase. If you pay for that Order through the 3-Payment Plan, cancelling Membership does not cancel the remaining scheduled payments for the Order already placed.
Cancelling Membership does not automatically refund a 90-day Order that has already been placed or entered production.
Because every Cenario formula is personalized, ordinary change-of-mind returns are not available once production begins. First-time Orders may still qualify for our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If a full refund is approved under the Guarantee, any remaining installments for that Order will be cancelled.

Right now, Cenario ships to eligible addresses within the United States only. If we expand to additional countries or regions in the future, those destinations will be clearly listed on our website and at checkout.

Production typically takes 5 business days before your order is shipped. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes an additional 3–7 business days.
In total, you should normally expect to receive your order within approximately 6–12 business days from the date your order is placed.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production volume, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
