At Cenario, every supplement formula is uniquely created based on your individual mental health profile. This means that each order is tailor-made and produced specifically to match your answers, needs, and goals — including ingredient selection, dosages, flavor preferences, delivery form (powder or capsules), and even customized packaging.
Because of the personalized nature of our product, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. Each order is produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold or repurposed.
Why Returns Are Not Possible:
Deep personalization: Every order is custom-built based on your quiz results and health data — including ingredient combinations, functional dosing, flavor, delivery method (capsule or powder), and product packaging. This makes your order 100% unique.
Hygiene & safety: Supplements are ingestible health products. For quality control and safety reasons, we are not permitted to resell or reuse returned products.
Regulatory compliance: Under international consumer protection laws, custom-made health products are exempt from standard return and refund rights.
Integrity of service: Accepting returns on custom supplements would compromise both our quality standards and the trust of our community.
In Case of Damage:
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we’re happy to send you a replacement.
Simply contact our Support & Help Center within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photo documentation of the damage
Our team will assess the case and ensure you receive a corrected replacement as quickly as possible.
