Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cenario, we’re committed to delivering your custom-made supplements securely and as swiftly as possible. Because every formula is made-to-order and produced specifically for you, our shipping process reflects both the care and precision that goes into every order.

 

Production Timeline

All Cenario supplements are created after you complete your Mental Health Quiz. This means your formula is:

  • Hand-assembled using premium ingredients

  • Measured and mixed according to your unique responses

  • Packaged in your chosen format (capsules or powder)

  • Flavored and packed based on your preferences

Average production time: 3–5 business days before your order is shipped.

 

Estimated Delivery Time (Production + Shipping)

Once your supplement is produced, delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method:

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred method. We strive to keep costs low while ensuring safe, trackable delivery globally.

 

Customs, Duties & International Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.

Cenario is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to specific customs regulations in a small number of regions, we are unable to deliver to countries with strict supplement import restrictions. If your country does not appear at checkout, it unfortunately means we cannot ship there at this time.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your custom formula is produced and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears significantly delayed or lost, we recommend the following steps before contacting our team:

  1. Check your tracking information (sent to your email once the order was shipped).

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.

If the carrier is unable to help, or your package is missing despite being marked as delivered, please contact our Support & Help Center and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Tracking number (if available)

  • Summary of your communication with the courier

We’ll step in and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
